All API keys are immediately revoked. Any active integrations or webhook configurations will stop functioning.

3

Transaction processing stopped

You will no longer be able to process new transactions, issue refunds, or manage payouts through your account.

4

Data retention

Certain financial records, including transaction history, may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws.

Reactivation

If you need to reactivate a closed account, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Reactivation may be possible depending on the circumstances, but it is not guaranteed.

If reactivation is not possible, you will need to create a new merchant account and complete the onboarding process from scratch.
