Payment Links and Product Management Are Now on Mobile

The ZAFA PAY mobile app now supports payment link creation and product management. Tasks that previously required the web dashboard can now be completed entirely on your phone.

Update the app from the App Store or Google Play to get the new features.

What are payment links?

A payment link is a reusable billing URL generated from a product name and amount. Whoever receives the link can complete the payment just by entering their card details — no e-commerce site or checkout form required on your end.

  • Share by email, LINE, or SMS
  • Display as a QR code at the counter
  • Unlimited by default, with an optional cap on successful payments (e.g. one-time use)

Even if you don't operate an online store, a single URL is enough to collect a payment.

How to create a payment link

  1. Tap the "+" button at the bottom-right of the Transactions tab and choose "New payment link"
  2. Enter a title, product name, amount, and currency
  3. Tap "Create & Share"

Once created, the URL and QR code appear on screen. Copy, share, or display the QR with a single tap.

Advanced options

Expand "Advanced options" for additional controls.

  • Email collection: require a customer email at checkout
  • Usage limit: cap how many times the link can be paid, after which it is automatically disabled

The usage limit is useful for short-term campaigns or coupon-style promotions.

Product management

This release also introduces a product catalog so you can save products you charge for repeatedly. No more re-typing the same name and amount every time.

Adding a product

From the Transactions tab's "+" button, choose "Manage products" to open the product list. Tap the "+" at the bottom-right to add a new product.

  • Product name
  • Amount
  • Currency

Fill these in, save, and the product is stored in your catalog.

Using products in payment links

Once saved, products show up in the "Select product" picker on the payment link creation screen. Pick one and the name and amount are filled in automatically — a frequently-used payment link becomes a few taps.

Editing and deactivating products

Tap any product on the list to edit its name or amount. For seasonal items or anything you need to temporarily stop selling, flip the "Active" toggle off to hide it without deleting it.

Example use cases

  • Cafés & restaurants: register your regular menu items and present the QR at each table
  • Freelancers: save consulting fees or project deliverables, then email the link
  • Event organizers: issue a ticket link with a usage limit to control attendance
  • Workshops & classes: register recurring tuition fees for simpler monthly billing

Update the app

Open the App Store or Google Play to install the latest version. If automatic updates are on, just restart the app to access the new features.
