ZAFA PAY Mobile App Is Here — Manage Sales, Transactions, and Payouts on the Go

We're excited to announce the release of the ZAFA PAY merchant mobile app. Available on both iOS and Android, the app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

Everything you could previously only access through the web dashboard — sales data, transaction details, payout schedules — is now available on your smartphone.

Key Features

Dashboard

Open the app to see your sales, transaction volume, and chargeback trends displayed in real-time charts. Select from multiple time periods — 1 week, 4 weeks, month-to-date, quarter-to-date, year-to-date — and view breakdowns by payment method. If you manage multiple merchant accounts, switch between them with a single tap.

Balance and Payouts

View your available and pending balances by currency. The app shows your next scheduled payout date and amount, making it easy to stay on top of cash flow. Full payout history is also accessible.

Transactions

Browse all transactions in a date-grouped list. Filter by status — succeeded, failed, or refunded — and tap into any transaction for full details. Pull-to-refresh and infinite scroll keep the experience smooth.

Account Settings

View your profile information, switch between merchant accounts, change language (English or Japanese), and toggle between light and dark modes.

Security

Log in with Face ID (iOS) or fingerprint authentication (Android). Once enabled, you can access the app without entering your password each time.

Credentials are stored in encrypted on-device storage, and all communication is encrypted in transit.
